- Downloadable eBooks and digital resources that have been accessed.
- Personalized coaching or mentoring sessions that have been completed.
- Membership fees, once the member has accessed any part of the member-only content.
- Any promotional, discounted, or special pricing services are considered non-refundable.
1.4 Refund Policy for Subscription Programs
For our subscription-based programs, refunds may be requested within a specific period as detailed in Section 3. Beyond this period, no refunds are granted, but members may cancel future renewals.
2. Refund Eligibility for Specific Plans and Services
2.1 Standard Membership Fees
Our standard membership fees are generally non-refundable due to the immediate access to exclusive materials, courses, and benefits. However, exceptions may apply in case of:
- Technical issues preventing access to content, with no resolution within 15 business days.
- Unauthorized billing errors, where a refund will be issued for any charges made in error.
2.2 Coaching and Mentorship Programs
Our coaching and mentorship programs are designed for maximum value and individual success. Refunds for these programs are subject to the following:
- For Cancelled Programs: If a program is canceled by Excel2Touch, all participants will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund for Withdrawal: If a participant withdraws before the halfway point of the program, they may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on the remaining sessions.
- No Refund After Completion of 50% of Program: No refunds are issued after a participant has completed 50% or more of the program.
2.3 Network Marketing Packages
Our referral and network marketing packages come with specific startup fees, which are typically non-refundable due to immediate access to training, network support, and resources. However, we may offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Upgrade Refund Credit: Members who upgrade to a higher package within 14 days may receive credit toward the new package fee.
- Cancellation Due to Special Circumstances: In rare cases, if unforeseen circumstances prevent a user from participating, they may submit a request for partial refund consideration.
2.4 Digital Products
Digital products, such as downloadable content and courses, are not refundable once accessed or downloaded due to their intangible nature. Please ensure that you review all information about the product before purchase. We provide detailed descriptions to help users make informed decisions.

4.3 Duplicate Billing
